Ivy is pretty stubborn , like if SHE wanna win something, or to get rid of something, she will go straight to this goal as long as her hyperfocus allows her... Fey probably tries to go to the goal, but if after 5 attempts he didn’t succeed, he would search another tactic
If your OC struggles with reaching a goal - would they give up quickly? Or would they be stubborn and try over and over again?

- Made my small fancomic, tho 19 pages work feels big.
