Will be interesting to see what happens following this bill. A few well placed MP clichés 'spades in the ground', 'grasping the nettle', but cutting through that, simple things like easier EV charging could make the bigger difference - especially for smaller business.

Really happy to get this deal completed for a local builder building a new resi house. This single property development was delayed due to cost overruns.

We have definitely experienced an uplift in businesses wanting to purchase their own trading premises.

Schemes such as Growth Guarantee Scheme are still around until March 2026 (as it stands now) and offer companies support to get the commercial mortgage they need.

No great shock on this one, that the costs of a commercial mortgage are generally lower than the cost of renting. Bear in mind that there is a Government scheme to support commercial mortgages for companies looking to buy their own premises and it all starts to add up.
