Galerina marginata/funeral bell. It is deadly poisonous, containing the same amatoxins as death caps.
They are sometimes mistaken for edible honey mushrooms, and are almost identical to the edible Kuehneromyces mutabilis. An example of why I will not comment on edibility in my posts.
