A macro nature photo I took of my Jack A. Sand Azalea after late-day rain. The whole world sparkled, even droplets in the shadows caught light and glistened. This one blossom stood out beneath the rest, dappled in evening light. The glitter of its white-pink-peach petals highlights the raindrops, and its singular red stamen swoops outward holding its green tip like an offering. I truly enjoyed OV's 1st novel, but this one, he completely lost control about 1/3 of the way in & never got it back. Still, a #sundaysentence: "The towns are so small you could light a cigarette as you drive in and be someplace else before you blow your 1st drag out the window."
