ICE policy requires the use of bodyworn cameras. Video should be available from every agent who was involved in the death of a citizen in Minneapolis. We passed a law in California last year, banning masking of LEO, that took effect on Jan 1, but have been sued by the Trump Administration, saying they don't have to comply. It's on hold for Federal LEO, with a hearing next week.
