The irony here is that the Second Amendment is going to bite the Republicans on the ass. Their stubborn refusal to make any changes to it ensures that there is more than enough firepower to form the basis of a well regulated militia to fight tyrannical government.

America, we saw and heard you on April 5th. The rest of the world knows your country is being held hostage by MAGA fascists. When this is all over, presuming we survive the next four years, I think the US and perhaps the world needs to look at a new way going forward. The old system is flawed.

When everything is said and done, presuming we're not standing in the ashes of World War III, history may be kinder to Donald Trump and Elon Musk than it will be to Rupert Murdoch. No human since Adolf Hitler has turned so many to hate than this son a bitch.

The first time the #Stargate is activated is still one of the coolest moments in science fiction movie history.

I love superhero movies but we've gotten too many of them per year. I could live with two from Marvel and DCU every year so that room is made for other types of films. I miss the legal thrillers of the 90s, the mystery films, the buddy cops and the sweeping dramas.
