take a cellphone video of you walking around your place, going over all of your belongings, it's admissible when trying to get insurance payouts for it

I can’t begin to express how bad these fires are. Friends have evacuated to our house and other friends are packing up what they can to evacuate and we are wondering if we are going to have to evacuate too. It’s such a colossal shitshow.

We have been glued to the local news. As social media becomes less and less useful for breaking news and real time info, it’s been such a reminder of how valuable the reporters and production folks on the ground are.
