What a photo!

Is this open to speakers of any varieties/dialects of those languages (including British English)? I know of a few people who could likely help fill out the survey, but thought I should check in advance.

Weirdly, there are sections of it that look almost more akin to Basque!

There’s also a possibility that it’s a different variety — West Frisian, Limburgish or some other Franconia language —, or even potentially a cross over of a few languages!

It’s neither Portuguese nor Esperanto, it’s almost definitely a dialect of Flemish.

Oh, this is fantastic! Given that it’s a Belgian document (e.g. Molenbeek, Herde), this looks to be one of the dialects of Flemish (within Flanders).

It can be very hard to interpret Flemish dialect without much knowledge, so I’d love to have a go at translating it properly if you like!

Oh yeah, Luxembourg is tomorrow isn’t it?! Eeeek!!

Ultimately, much of the UK’s approach to politics and its ‘position’ within the world is from a reluctance (not just by the leaders but by the general populace) to recognise that we can and SHOULD learn from other countries. So much of what isn’t working here stems from unforgiving traditionalism.
