Switching from listening to algorithmic prepared playlists to me manually choosing what to listen to next, is probably the best decision I’ve made since music moved from physical media.
Everyday I’m realizing more and more predictive algorithms are just naturally terrible.

I actually had to use a few sandbags the other day to hold down a really large inflatable decoration. We were worried about the winds in Long Beach taking it away. Thankfully we had enough weight to hold it down.

For this one I tried the sculpting method. I put a reference image of bowser and chipped away at it. Once I had an abstract image I filled in pixels to make it look a little better. You can kind of make out a bowser if you see it from a distance.

I don’t entirely hate AI generated images, but I do believe anything generated by AI is public domain. And if there is an image of AI that has been edited after the fact elements that were AI generated are still public domain.
