Then I thought, what am I doing to make it better?On the one hand, don’t hop on social media just to get a dopamine boost from me because whatever I have to offer will not counteract the rest of it. Otoh shouldn’t I be trying to make the world a better place using whatever tools are at my disposal?

Two things: I accidentally signed on to social media this morning (looking for a good local hike) and IT’S CRAZY how fast my mood plummeted. Crazy. And also I came up with those thought yesterday and I’m standing by it-
