If you’re feeling #overwhelmed, it’s okay to #pause and rest where you are in that awful place. Just don’t fall for the story that “this is all there is” and set up camp there.

Most of us are familiar with the fight or flight reaction to #stress, but there is a 3rd reaction: freeze. Like a deer in headlights, we freeze when we perceive a threat that is overwhelming and imminent. And we all know how well that worked out for the deer.
