I was once so obsessed with my fitness journey. In the moment I felt healthy & like I was doing the right things. Looking back it was too much & became toxic.
I weigh more these days, but I'm also lifting a lot more than I was AND I have time in my life for other things.

Post 'MLM hun'. The best thing i did was get out of a losing mindset - as in not be in a constant state of having to lose more weight/fat/mass etc, to prove a product or program.
