Guilt is such a difficult emotion when you’re chronically ill. It creeps in all the time, constantly telling you that you should be able to do more, need less, be better.

It’s exhausting and it’s unnecessary.

We have nothing to feel guilty for. Being sick isn’t a choice. We do the best we can.
