if your pain is increasing temporarily and your current set up isn’t helping, my GP was pretty supportive of I’m swimming more so getting some pain alongside improved strength so justifies the meds I have as options etc

that might genuinely help with stability and some level of pain — worth trying what they offer and if that only takes you so far, go back to the GP and ask for more input. Sometimes you just gotta go along with their plan for a while. Also physio might mean you need more analgesia so speak to GP x

My personal timeline is full of autistic people trying to explain that there isn't more autism than before, it's just that we're better at detecting it, and there's nothing more autistic than hoping explaining something at length will help matters when nobody is really listening.

Yeah the access to books for children has been heavily curtailed for a long time. My tiny primary school had a room full of books but no dedicated staff, my high school ironically had a staff member but not many books (he mostly managed the it centre)

will someone tell Rachel Reeves that a room full of books is better than nothing but school libraries needs librarians!! private schools know this and so have proper working libraries. all schools need that.
