Am I the only that has this? I think crunchy foods help regulate my nervous system? Like if I’m feeling stressed, eating something crunchy soothes me I think. Is this a thing or am I just stress eating? #foodquestions

Last night that Cancer Moon was showing out.
I had just thought on my walk with the pooch I hadn’t seen the full moon, and just like that she showed up as the majestic beauty she is. What a wonder.

My kid was almost 3 and had never said anything. Not even "hi" or "bye bye". Speech therapy, hearing tests, nothing helped!
One morning on the way to Montessori school, we caught a train. Then I heard the very quiet, perfectly pronounced first words my kid ever said:
"Fucking train".
