MI6 has probably investigated Russian influence in Brexit but the Government from 2016 onwards are keeping the findings secret.

He was old and partially sighted when he fell in 4 days ago scared by a truck.

It wasn't the easiest rescue as the water is filthy with sewage there and he was biting a lot out of fear.

The little old guy is in our hospital now. Weak but nothing unfixable ♥️

Reading Adam Rutherford's "How To Argue with a Racist". Despite the pugnacious title it's largely a fun, readable and highly educational book about genetics (with the occasional glimpse into the worldview of white supremacists). I learned a lot.

Sorry, don’t agree. In 2023 there was no negotiations with doctors’ leaders. Streeting has had a consistent dialogue with health unions. They may not have agreed but the door was open for negotiations. Streeting settled the 24 dispute within 3 weeks and they had a 28% package.

Isn't the difference that streeting has already negotiated a 28% wage rise for doctors and in 2023, nobody had done that yet. 🤔

They deserve more money, the training issues are a problem. But they did have the biggish rise last year and govt has made good offers re training places. It’s not enough, but it’s a start. Hope they don’t strike because they’ll lose support. BMA have new leaders, maybe they’re more militant?

Of what Wes Streeting is doing in 2025

Labour blaming doctors for Labour's inability to fund the NHS, staff the NHS, and treat doctors fairly is a scandal

Well, no, not really. Streeting is clearly accusing Sunak of refusing to negotiate in the post you have cited. But Streeting is continuing to negotiate, in an attempt to avoid the strike. Hence the new offer. I'm no Streeting or Labour apologist, but your argument seems a little disingenuous.

Utter nonsense Farrukh.

Labour has increased NHS spending.

The doctors got a 28% wage increase last year, it's unreasonable to expect to make up a decade of losses in 2 years.

They may have had public sympathy last time, they certainly do not this time.

Sunak refused to negotiate with the doctors - this was what Streeting accused him of. The first thing Streeting did was to sit down with them and hammer out a good deal. He's still negotiating with them. Sorry, but they are being a bit unreasonable.
