Person is pretty smart.
She is also having a hard time walking me if people have good ideas.
We live up 3 flights of stairs and don’t have a fenced yard. Driving will be very limited or no for a while.

I need to rest a lot more. Do any dog owners that follow me have tricks to temp reduce the amount of exercise their dog gets and not adversely impact them. She‘s used to 90+ min of walking a day and I’m often struggling to walk.
Prepping toys is hard & she has a sensitive stomach.

There is already some anti-houseless language on mainstream media. Please give money directly to unhoused people in DC & everywhere so they may find safety
Also support mutual aid organizations such as Remora House

Pet owners have a responsibility to keep each other and our immigrant neighbors safe.
Respect leash-only areas. Hear a barking dog, develop relationships & understand that care may be necessary—and material aid is the way to go.

someone just asked me to repost this as I just dropped off my old & insufficient Mazda 3 at the shop for repairs. If someone in NE has a dog-friendly, winter-ready car they aren’t using that I could use including for rapid response (& potentially live in) that would be incredibly helpful.
