During recovery, I walked normally in my Mom's neighborhood and on the cruise ship to keep moving. 30 min a day. Sometimes an hour total, depending on my emotions.

I've only been able to shave once a week with the work crunch and the surgery wound care. It's like shaving a shag carpet.
