Brief figures on what #Harrow's New Local Plan 2021-2041 is proposing. The Council has refused to listen to residents, and they are now consulting again on the final version of the Local Plan, which will allow Tesco and the Civic Centre to build 15 & 18 storey tower blocks.

Flats are not advertised as homes anymore in London, they're advertised as "investment units." Quote "with rental prices in Harrow from £2000 per month" [etc].
