Retired rhetoric/comp, active poet, just plain nosey about everything, thus the poetry.

My point. I’m not sure it’s enough anymore though.

I haven’t decided yet which half was more painful. I’m leaning towards the second because they tried more, but were shut down by dramatic flopping about by Villa and of course, the goal that wasn’t off-side, but was disallowed. I feel like such a whiner, but gee. I watched Man City earlier. Hmm.

Good question. However, I’m having trouble with Frank’s constant chewing. It is consistent, but being consistent doesn’t make it good—or attractive. If Frank could promise to stop chewing like a cow, maybe the team could promise to quit losing consciousness while playing? Both are hard to watch.

As Maxwell Smart would have said about Spurs last minute shot on goal, “Missed it by that much “ unfortunately, that was a highlight.

You know, this isn’t any fun anymore. I was never a Cubs fan, but this is entering Cubs land.

Well, I watched the game against Arsenal, so I was not full of good cheer for this game. Sounds like I made the right choice.
