I canceled my and my wife's plane trips to her home for the holidays.
I used the points and credits I had to book a last-minute flight down for my wife... her daughter, to help.
It's now D-Day, and she and her daughter are living in a hotel until they figure out the next steps.

The next thing we know, the Constable's office lined up to take it away in what was first said to be 24 hours, which turned into 4 days and some change.
She tried to save it, slow down the process, and no one would really help... pushing her further into the process of "being too late."
