So, Marco Rubio essentially says both sides have to "give up" something for this war to end. How doesn't that reward Russia's aggression?

feeling wronged is one of the strongest emotions. That elicits wanting revenge which when done triggers the same area of the brain when you do drugs. But it's a short lived high which causes the cycle to repeat, just like an addiction.

The government had the authority to arrest and trial all those supposed gang members that were deported. Why didn't they? No proof!
