So, Marco Rubio essentially says both sides have to "give up" something for this war to end. How doesn't that reward Russia's aggression?
And why doesn't any interviewer bring up the fact that Russia already broke their prior agreement to never invade Ukraine after nukes were given up by Ukraine?
