Boddam Library in Aberdeenshire closes next Thursday, as public anger grows. SNP councillor Stephen Smith told me this afternooon he asked for an impact assessment report and has been told he’ll get it next Wednesday - the day before the library shuts. It’s so stupid and short-sighted!
