Straight up fuck today. My sink is leaking & the my landlord can't get a plumber out til Thurs. My therapist cancelled our session 20mins before & can't reschedule this week. Then I dropped my phone & the back shattered. I can't afford a new one so it looks like I'm rocking a broken one for a bit🫠

Today I went out for breakfast w/my husband & one of my besties, then we went to Barnes & Noble where I bought a few James Baldwin essays, and then to JoAnns where I bought some fabric and beading supplies. I haven't looked at the news once and it's been ✨bliss✨

One thing before tomorrow:

Use your local libraries.

Get your card.

Borrow books, manga, films, audios, ebooks.

Recommend titles for purchase (usually online).

Attend promoted activities.

Fill out those "How are we doing?" questionnaires.

Tell your kids that libraries are good.

They are.

I'm 1000% not ok today

I hate that my anxiety is screaming at me to do something but then at the same time it's putting me into a freeze mode

My dad was on the phone with his cousin this morning:

I get to meet one of my bestie's new baby today and I'm so excited🥹 I'm bringing hot coco & marshmallows for her other kiddos too. Gonna watch Bluey and eat homemade chicken pasta🤤

The day got better! My sciatic nerve pain kicked in unfortunately so I couldn't clean as much as I wanted so I took an edible and beaded for awhile💚💕✨
