My view, right or wrong: if you find yourself standing at the side of a road screaming abuse at another road user go and have a serious think about what's gone wrong in your life that led you to this point. I'm aware that most will just think it's all other peoples fault, never theirs.

Encountered this driver again today, he was shouting abuse at me from the sidewalk as I passed. A short distance ahead his car is parked and someone else is driving it, makes me wonder if he's been to court and now requires someone else to drive.

The police are actually charging the driver with careless driving. One of the officers kept commenting on how bad the pass was, and what a terrible place it was to even attempt it.
