It’s not a me thing, it’s a society one.

That’s quite the reversal considering your previous post heavily implied otherwise. I’m sorry you’re so opinionated without having taken the time to analyze why you actually feel that way.
December 27, 2024 at 9:56 PM
None of these will happen while you also think CEOs “deserve” the pay they get in comparison to the rest of the staff. They go hand in hand, sorry.
December 27, 2024 at 9:53 PM
And I’m betting the CEOs and landlords you know would probably fit right in on “undercover boss” in showing how clueless they are. You probably think spending money for executives to visit stores while giving advance notice is beneficial too rather than a glorified circle-jerk
December 27, 2024 at 9:51 PM
This is the equivalent of landlords listing all the things they are “responsible” for, but ultimately boils down to the most overpaid part-time maintenance worker.
December 27, 2024 at 12:49 PM
Why is it harder to find a replacement? Because the work is actually harder, or because those at the top gate-keep?
December 27, 2024 at 10:13 AM
This seems like a lot of words for “micromanaging” and unfortunately, none of them actually benefit to the company
December 27, 2024 at 10:12 AM
I have looked at your comments. You don’t seem to see the correlation between CEOs thinking they “deserve” the vast amounts of money they take home and the average employee not being paid a livable wage
December 27, 2024 at 10:11 AM
No, they spoke correctly. We’ve had a habit in this country of privatizing profits while socializing loses.
December 27, 2024 at 10:06 AM
No, they brought up Socialism, because apparently expecting a job to pay a livable wage is “socialism” now and an easy way to avoid a difficult conversation about class culture.
December 27, 2024 at 2:53 AM
And yet, no one is willing or able to answer the question.
December 27, 2024 at 2:47 AM
I didn’t say they were “worth” more, I said they brought actual value to a company than an executive.
December 27, 2024 at 2:46 AM
How is it Socialism to think that an employee should bring value to a company?
December 26, 2024 at 11:18 PM
Unregulated Capitalism is evil, so what’s your point?
December 26, 2024 at 11:17 PM
How so? How are CEOs not leaches on corporations? Musk is the CEO of how many companies, and yet sends out how many tweets and spends how much time with politicians? Genuinely asking, what value do CEOs bring to a company to justify their expenses?
December 26, 2024 at 11:15 PM
It’s for the same reason it’s okay to ask retired persons or teenagers to work for a less-than-livable wage “because they don’t need it to survive” but it’s unacceptable to give that reasoning for executives to be paid less.
December 26, 2024 at 11:12 PM
Why? Why does a CEO deserve that? What exactly are CEOs doing to create value for a business?
December 26, 2024 at 11:09 PM
If they wanted a “Scarlet Witch vs Sorcerer Supreme” movie they could have and should have set it up properly; instead we got cheap gimmicks and poorly executed fan service cameos.

I’m not saying that it *couldn’t* have corrupted her, I’m saying both the audience and her character deserved to have *seen* that corruption slowly take place. If it were as simple as a switch, Strange should have just killed Chavez after he read the book. Instead he Glinda’s Magic Feather’d her 🙄
December 25, 2024 at 5:42 PM
And yet, Agatha Harkness started out far more morally compromised, had similar motivations, read and possessed the Darkhold for far longer, and didn’t become the villain they made of Wanda. 🤷‍♂️
Also, the Darkhold of Agents is no more canonical the MCU than the Darkhold of The Runaways.

Ah, this explains you worshiping the guy holding a Bible upside down. Enjoy being muted. ✌️
December 25, 2024 at 12:36 PM
Personally I’d welcome the Son of God, especially on the day chosen to celebrate His birth, but you do you.
December 25, 2024 at 12:30 PM
One of the reasons I dislike this season more each year is the continual cultural message that if you don’t enjoy the holidays you are either broken, wrong, or a bad person. Or the fact that every single person feels entitled to make you justify your emotions.
December 25, 2024 at 12:28 PM
Are you a literal bot, or just that incapable of understanding context clues?
December 25, 2024 at 12:24 PM
If you want to hand wave it away because she read the Darkhold off screen, you’re allowed, but if people use it as another example of the poor writing for Doctor Strange 2 (and really most of Phase 4) they are perfectly justified as well.
