Shibuya-ku is unfathomably slow with their vaccination efforts, despite fancy new Kuyakusho that we paid for. Under 65 can't even start to reserve until July 8th, even if you got a coupon already. Of the seniors, barely 5k are fully vaccinated so I guess they are stalling.
