After that, or soon, I want to start toning muscle, gaining strength, and getting to a healthier me that will have a much better chance to live much longer and see grandkids grow up into adults. With the way the world is right now, this is a bright spot for me in a sea of darkness. I'm proud of me.

Now, it's a matter of losing another 20 to 30 lbs. Continuing the journey through the holidays (notorious for cookies, pie, big meals, etc). I haven't gone into negative points a single day yet, always ending the week with at least 0 points remaining (close calls those weeks), but I can prevail.

CW: Weight loss

Big feelings today as, for the first time since I turned 20 or so, I am once again under 200 lbs. Over half my life has been that way, fluctuating slowly upward. In January, I took a stand by signing up for Weight Watchers for free through work, and now I'm here, 245 days later.

We just got out of the Taylor Swift release party event at our local theater, and we all had a great time! It was fascinating hearing the meaning behind the different tracks and seeing that the whole album is effectively about empathy and lifting others up. I'm enjoying TS12 so far!
