Got honked at for the crime of *checks notes* - using this well-marked crosswalk on Lincoln yesterday. What more do you need? I guess we need to go for full on speed tables in order to get people to understand they need to share the fucking road.

Based on nothing but Google Street view, it looks like there was a water issue causing a sagging lintel at least on the second floor. They were probably facing a full replacement and decided to go the cheaper route.
