Found the unagi kabayaki from the Asian supermarket!
I made extra kabayaki sauce using mirin, soy sauce, rice wine, and white sugar (1:1:1:1).
Additionally, I added a pinch of ground white pepper and some starch to help the sauce thicken more quickly. #Food #FoodSky #Foodie

It hasn't grown a new leaf in 5 months, yet its roots are thriving like crazy and have outgrown the pot. This is the 2nd time I've had to repot it.
It is under growth light 12 hrs/day, so it should have sufficient light.

Not bad for a first attempt.
The chicken is tender and delicious.
The rice was slightly burned cause I cooked it in the oil that dripped from the chicken while it was steaming. And that made the rice smell so good!
