Evidence is that over 60 one’s ability to deal with novel events starts to degrade. The baked in stuff stays good. Hence I’ll leave out of hours to the young uns!

#RCoAUpdates risk of DKA with SGLTi’s probably over stated. Can be stopped day before and day of. Check ketones if worried. And restart when patients are eating and drinking normally, usually next day.
