It really is. Those of us riding EPACs and just getting to work, getting kids around by bike etc are as against these awful things as everyone else. I dont want to be associated with this sort of terrible event or the horrible motorbikes that people are using that cause incidents like this!

Also mentions a pillion passenger so I agree..... it'll be an illegal electric motorbike. Awful story and I really hope the baby is OK

Sadly I'm 18 months into having a pass pixi. It does some times make a difference I'm sure, but I honestly think because its local school in a village, people know me and know I dont have a camera!

Its just making me really sad that I've actually had to do this 😞

All I want is to have nice, safe bike rides.

But when OTHER PARENTS from my child's school are close passing at 40mph on a 20mph road, cutting me up, going the wrong side of traffic islands to get round me etc, it clearly is time 😢

Others have suggested a card reader or connecting to a laptop etc, but I don't have anything other than my phone because I can do everything on that! So something with WiFi and an app I think is best for me

Yeah I think the intent of what I said was misunderstood,perhaps I wasn't clear.

My point wasn't that I'm suggesting everyone 'just walk' or cycle etc

My point was that people perceive its ok to say it in some circumstances (as they did to you on FB), & not in others (dont park on the pavement).

The irony there being that you need planning permission to safely store your bike, but your car you're just allowed to leave wherever.....

Quite frankly, even if they have to park miles away, its their responsibility. Its nobody else's problem.

If you bought a sofa that didnt fit in your living room, you couldn't then make it everyone else's problem. The same should absolutely be enforced with cars.

Totally agree. The 20mph limit caused such an uproar etc etc that they should have just implemented a full pavement ban and put in a load of segregated cycle lanes at the same time. Weather 1 storm all in one go!
