On a similar search I stumbled across a pretty good one on the play store (see image for what the icon looks like), if you play it when online there's ads, or you can switch wifi off to avoid them, or shell out for the ad free version. It collects all the basic phone games your dad might want.

I'd get that in a heartbeat if it was the "you're gonna need two hands, grandma" version. Also these other items would be acceptable, possibly all worn together.

1) boil water in kettle, or in pan on hob if you have no functioning kettle (please do not microwave the water)
2) pour the water into cup that has teabag in it (I'm not too proud to use teabags rather than loose tea, and I don't use teapots)
3) let brew for couple of minutes, add a splash of milk

I had a handful of the first bartman and simpsons bongo comics, I treasured them sooo much and loved the second comic you got if you turned it upsdie down and read from the back (like busman here). I got my only ever baseball card as a freebie to one
