And I've still been trying to get my writing and art together more to post publicly in the substack to promote the COTA. I'm still struggling to wrap up my thoughts about cosleeping in the hospital.

And having my house community struggle as 2 different people I thought were friends moved in lying about their masking / immune compromised solidarity while other housemates helped hold the line of solidarity (seriously thank you).

As well as legal stuff with baby's bio dad finally visiting them one hour once a week after over a year of no contact (but still not paying child support and trying to only offer less than half of what he owes for over a year). 🙄

June 19th, my two sweet children together enjoying the simple pleasure of kinetic sand. We can't bring baby to the beach, but we can bring some beach to the baby.
The next few days I'll try to post a few more updates to catch friends up on the happy kid times I've been leaning into this summer.

June 19th, my two sweet children together enjoying the simple pleasure of kinetic sand. We can't bring baby to the beach, but we can bring some beach to the baby.

Last year... This is the first year in over 15 years that I haven't hosted a vegan fall feast to gather people I love and it does hurt a bit to miss that and feel so isolated.
