so in Kiwami 3:
- they got rid of mack and revelations
- substories went from 119 to 31 and they got rid of almost every cutscene one
- added misogyny to the writing and got rid of the progressive trans substory
- kagawa
- no unique minigames, they're all copies of other ones

the thing nobody tells you about the spider-man tokusatsu show is that spider-man being the main character is the LEAST interesting part of it. it is some of the most entertaining TV i've ever seen!! the super sentai robot came from THIS show!! (subs by Berndadelta Subs)

i love the way mitsuru adachi draws baseball. rather than focusing on conflict, there’s so much focus on the internal performance of the athlete and how a simple swing ripples out across all the players on the field

despite the reputation of this episode, the director of it (Akio Jissoji) repeatedly insisted it was not an offensive portrayal but “rather, the theme which we worked on was what to do to prevent there being more bomb victims.” the writer agreed with Jissoji but it’s up to you how you feel about it

i was watching Ultraseven (1967!) and we got to this episode where this old guy builds robot humans to take over society. in the day, he's a toymaker who makes guns with crimson patches. and there's a clear deliberate military motif behind his intent. and then someone said: THIS IS JUST DRAGONBALL Z
