Trump has not ended the war in Ukraine in 24 hours as promised. Rubio is now moving the goalposts and saying that was never Trump's promise and that his new policy is just that he wants to see the war ended at some time.

It’s clear that some Jan. 6 defendants plotted their conspiracy to engage in violence at the Capitol while still present in their home states. Blue state prosecutors should consider whether they have jurisdiction to charge these crimes since Trump can’t pardon them.
