1am on a workday is definitely my favorite time to visit the gym.

I'm in the gym resting between sets and I can't help but think that there has to be a gym somewhere that at random points just connects to someone's phone to play whatever they're listening to and how hilarious it would be in the environment.

What a strange but positive feeling.

Turns out if you practically stop drinking any caffeine and then drink 1 red bull + 1 large coffee in a day it's very easy to skip a night of sleep.
