I just read an article about flus in the UK and Europe which indicates a last-minute mutation/drift is resulting in one of the two strains this season having much longer legs:

Agreed, definitely not looking for a clone -- he's just missing something for me personally. Also agreed, as with the others, the later seasons of any TM show just keep getting better and better!

Controversially, I just don't find the NZ TM very intimidating.
While the NZ assistant is excellent in his obsequiousness, the studio segments lack something for me vs what the modern UK TM studio feels like -- and I largely chalk that up to how friendly they all seem to be, haha!

(I think the Australian Taskmaster is the next best of the regional shows, but you'll need to make up your own mind on that!)
