So the basement only flooded like 30cm & whatever we couldn't bucket out just soaked into the 17th century mud foundation, but had the basement flooded entirely & the water got on the ground floor, we'd be really fucked in the ass.

Fun times in this house, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I want to clarify that I'm not mad they didn't make an exception for me, but I'm extremely insulted that this is the tone they took & the fact they told me that "I just need to try harder to function with my health issues"

obviously this was all done in person/on call so I have no proof either
