how do we encourage moves from reactionary mentalities to being like; there are communities to participate in, life (and/or) creative practice is not a competition, we can make our own spaces / work / ways of being & valuing outside of systems that do not serve us well rather than reproducing them

expansive community, many more writers and publishers from working class & minoritised backgrounds. I.e. That corporate publishing’s claims to accessibility & commercial value as literary value are believed (& perhaps widely?) Idk like…depressing; but more broadly ~
