Is there anything Anna Lapwood can't do on an organ? Sitting in the interval of her show in Llandaff Cathedral and it's just incredibly epic. Who knew Angels by Robbie translates so well to the organ?!

I do love it when albums age like a fine wine over time. Marks to Prove It by The Maccabees might be 10 years old this year but it's never sounded better after all those years.

Over the year I've used Apple Music and really do very much prefer it to Spotify but I really, really, really wish it had a Spotify Connect equivalent. A proper first world problem but it would be a lovely QoL addition.

Never really given The Stone Roses a proper go apart from knowing the obvious songs and I felt like in the sad news of Mani's passing I should correct that. I've really missed out, haven't I? So many good tracks!!

Totally get the sentiment to raise the speed limit to 80mph on motorways, but given how clear it is people still don't understand how the lanes work (it always baffles me that people think there is a "fast lane"!) and general driving etiquette, I'm not sure it's a good idea.

Just to highlight how ridiculous it is to see a doctor at the moment, my fiance has a telephone appointment to look at an ear infection today with our GP. Work that one out.

Man, I really loved the Saturday Night movie even as someone who obviously being in the UK never grew up with it. Some of the casting was spot on as well.
