As someone who found myself simultaneously newly disabled and out of work in 2023 and still fighting my way back, I have major concerns. Primarily the removal of financial and safeguarding distinctions from people who are at risk of harm from work and work-related activity from those who aren’t.

What consultation have you had with disabled patients in designing changes to appointment access? Many people like myself who need extra support to attend appointments are designed out, meaning we don’t have the same access to urgent appointments. How will this be resolved with the new system?
