The last thing I tried to hate watch was the Monster Hunter movie. It was terrible, as expected from Paul W.S. Anderson, the hack director who casts his wife as the main character in every movie he directs. Other than that, it went in one eye and out the other.

I definitely think this is the reality of polarizing stuff like this.

People either love or hate something, and then you get people who can't commit to a side, or can't resist the advantage of playing both sides.
