Which group? Because sexual orientation refers to “a person’s sexual orientation towards…same sex…opposite sex, or …either sex”, no mention of neither/none.
Non-binary people were disparaged in this ruling and intersex people are ignored in the equality act.
So again, which group?

The EA 2010 and the GRA 2004 are now obviously, hopelessly out of date and need updating to include explicit protections for all trans people, ace and aro people and non-binary and intersex people. Please do something
