Budget was about $175M per film in today's dollars, so actually not as bad as some other blockbusters that were made in the last decade, especially if you consider the cost on a per-minute basis lol.

Champions league would be populated by 13 best teams in this year's rankings, with any remaining spots allocated (if no more teams) by last 5 year record. Any grumblings? Just play a year in the Champions League, get promoted, then you're back with the big boys.
