Best way to start helping in my opinion is to come at it from a place of empathy alongside emphasising how this hurts people they care about. Try to understand what led them on that path, listen to their problems, offer alternatives.

Jimmythegiant presents things in a way that seems palatable for the types of men that would go that direction, from my pov. He has some good videos around this topic on how he moved away from that mindset

Allowing some people in this space to make others uncomfortable is not acceptable. It will lead us back to how things used to be, when only cis men could really engage without being creeped on or pushed away

- What's their source, and is it framed appropriately?
