While doing this and that this afternoon, I watched champagne problems on Netflix. It's an average hallmark style film but worth watching purely for Flula Borgs character, Otto. Why no one has done smashcut of all of his bits on YouTube yet I don't know!

Its a gloomy grey overcast sort of day here so I really enjoy a sunny splash of a post!
🧵Spotted on Market Day in Aotearoa New Zealand:

A tiny human (2?) is hugging Dad around the neck.
But wait!
He's not a tiny human!
He's a BIG SHARK!
And he's gonna eat Dad's face!
Making mighty munching "UM UM UM" noises as laughter bubbles up from Dad's tummy. (1)

Germany, you have gone too far this time! I was so excited when John bought me back a pack of Englisher Art Bacon, only to open the pack and WHERE IS THE REST OF THE RASHER?! IT'S AN OUTRAGE!🤣

After at least 18 months of carefully nursing my microwave along it finally completely died and today after a long wait my new one arrived! Cheered me right up after one of those days when everything that can go wrong does...

My "all Christmas" playlist (no duplicates but lots of covers etc) is now over 90 hours long - that makes me so happy!

Absolutely love these seasonal glimpses of the other side of the world!
🧵Spotted at a Country Christmas Market in Aotearoa New Zealand:

Two small humans (Twins? 4?) in floral dresses and increasingly dishevelled pigtails are rolling over and over on a grass lawn.
Spinning around and falling over with much aplomb while roaring that they are: "VERY ROLLY POLLY!" (1)

A shelter received a donation of stuffed toys and let each dog pick 1.
How selfless. They each only pick 1.

My neighbour and 24 of her friends/family get together every year and make an advent calendar - everyone takes one day and makes 24 presents to be exchanged with other participants. I'm posting in this thread what I got this year (mostly to make it easy for my Mum to see) #neighbourhood #wholesome

Why?! I finally remembered my new elastic laces were delivered last month at a moment when I am not rushing out the door and have time to put them in (I am one handed before you judge me) and now I can't remember where I put them!

HELP! My husband went to the supermarket and couldn't find my favourite chocolate so got 50g of 100% cocoa not realising that it isn't very nice on it's own. Anyone got any recipes they would recommend? I'd hate to waste it.

open.spotify.com/playlist/7yO... I listened to this whole playlist in the car the last few days and, while I loved the tracks, I now realise I am old because, despite having googled, I still have no clue what the sub genre Rally house is!

Sad when kids grow up - its the Sankt Mantins umzug tonight and youngest is at a friend's house and eldest is one of the organisers now so I'll be trailing along behind the procession, singing along with the songs in my garbled German with no lantern and no one to steal bites of Weckmann from!
