Bottom line: Exercise is good for sleep but there can be too much of a good thing, esp for those with insomnia. And, regularity of timing of exercise is important!

Excellent read! I strongly advocate for collecting both self-report and objective measures of sleep in research. The participant’s sleep experience shapes their outlook the next day and can influence behavior.
