They would foster a deep sense of safety and security, be emotionally attuned to what is going on inside me at any given time, soothe and comfort me when I need it, express delight in me just being me and doing me, and be unconditionally supportive and encouraging 💛🌻✨
In your head, take your mentors & guides & safe people w/ you today. Check in w/ them in your mind, in your imagination. If you had unequivocally supportive mentors & guides on your shoulder or in your ear 24/7, what would they say, & how would they say it?

Trauma Brain is going to tell us that if we dare to have boundaries, some people aren't going to be in our life anymore-- & that's an awful thing.

But that's actually evidence that our boundary worked.
